I’ve had a few conversations about customer service and buyer safety over the past week, so I thought I’d repost this video from a couple of years ago …

And with everything that happened last year, it’s never been more important to treat the customer well. 

Your potential customer came to you, voluntarily, to find out more about what you do.

And they’re looking for you to make them feel the same way a charitable volunteer does … valued and worthy.

If you don’t look after them the way you should and, instead, you put pressure on them, they’ll stop being a volunteer, they’ll stop interacting with you … and they’ll leave.
