Simon has spent over two decades facilitating the resolution of complex issues for businesses and organisations of all sizes, across all sectors.

In the cauldron of this environment, Simon has been the go-to-person when there is an expectation that the issue will draw multiple, disparate and conflict driven views.
He is widely valued for his ability to challenge, elevate and accelerate collective thinking – bringing broad groups to clear and practical agreement.
He is known for making the complex simple, to both solve and sell a better option.
Simon’s focus has concentrated into two key areas of business:

Simon’s early career in electrics and electronics, gave him a deep understanding of the nature of pure logic and the Scientific Method.
His second career as a teacher and lecturer, from high school through to university, developed his knowledge and abilities in influencing how others receive and act on ideas presented to them.
His corporate roles in organisational change and his executive management roles in sales and as second-in-charge of a large, multi-million dollar manufacturing business unit, developed and sharpened his business skills.
The last twenty five years in consulting, on large and complex issues, has elevated this wealth of experience to a depth of insight into organisational performance, that is unique in its capacity to help organisations to differentiate and disrupt in ways they would never have otherwise seen.
Simon holds multiple tertiary qualifications in education and business and is an accredited facilitator in a number of behavioural and talent profiling instruments. He also holds accreditation for delivery of specific leadership programs, such as the John Maxwell Leadership Programs.
Simon blends the pragmatism of the Scientific Method, with deep insights into human behaviour, to create highly engaging, yet highly effective techniques to demystify complex issues and identify fast influence strategies that drive the desired results.
The Models Method
The Models Method emerged out of Simon’s more than 20 years of facilitating large stakeholder groups through highly complex and contentious issues.
His work constantly challenges him with two fundamental questions:

How can we lift the thinking of the group, above the normal levels of conflict and assumptions, to drive a clearer, more accurate and more confident solution?

How can we design a system for influencing the key people involved in this issue so they support the goals we are seeking?
