What can you do in 18 minutes … is it even possible to do anything of real value in just 18 minutes?

According to TED Talks curator Chris Anderson, 18 minutes is “short enough to hold people’s attention, including on the Internet, and precise enough to be taken seriously. But it’s also long enough to say something that matters.”

There’s a lot of neuroscience that supports 18 minutes as the ideal length of time to present a new idea.

There’s also a thing called the 20 minute rule for effectiveness, that suggests you should focus on one particular task or activity for 20 minutes without interruptions – then take a break, before you go back to it for another 20 minutes of focus.

So, can you spare 20 minutes to unpack the ultimate position you must claim in all your marketing and selling to be truly successful in business?
